Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Classic Home Services website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

Services

The Site provides information about Classic Home Services’ handyman, home repair, cleaning, painting, and other home services (the “Services”). Descriptions and pricing of Services are subject to change at any time.

Service Requests and Quotes

You can request Services by contacting us through the Site. We will provide you with a quote for the requested Services. All quotes are valid for 30 days. Quotes are estimates only and the final price may vary depending on the Services performed.

Scheduling and Cancellation

After accepting a quote, you will schedule a date and time for the Services. You must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel any scheduled Services. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of the Services. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods specified on the Site. Unpaid invoices are subject to interest charges.

Warranties

We warrant that the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. This warranty is valid for 90 days after completion of the Services. This warranty is the exclusive warranty applicable to the Services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Classic Home Services be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising from the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services at issue.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features and functionality are owned by Classic Home Services and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.

Governing Law
